Em is no new face to the Kew Football Club, taking the Women’s Reserves last year to the final dance and coming home with the hardware and her step up to the Senior Women’s Head Coaching role is a testament to her hard work and dedication to this club.

Starting the inaugural Old Carey’s Women’s Football Team in 2016 as their head coach, success was not far behind with a runner’s up trophy in their second season. Taking her learnings to Collegians Football Club, Em was the Reserves Head Coach in 2020/2021 and led her team to a semi-final appearance in the Premier B comp. Joining Kew Football Club in 2022 as Head Coach of the Women’s Reserves she made quick work of reaching the
semi-finals in her first season at the club and followed up in season 2023 with the ultimate prize of winning the Premier Women’s Reserves flag.

Em brings with her a vast coaching background, a passion for player development, and a determination to make everyone around her better. She places great worth in hard work, connection, and process with an underlying importance on junior pathways and the longevity of the future of Women’s footy.

The atmosphere is electric at the Bear Cave and we can’t wait to crack into the 2024 season with Em at the helm.
